Creag is a Partner leading Azets Transaction Advisory Group in London. He brings more than 14 years of dedicated transaction advisory experience.
He specialises in providing sell-side and buy-side financial due diligence, independent business reviews and transaction advisory services to private equity and corporate clients. He has developed significant experience in M&A transactions across a number of industries, in particular Healthcare & Healthcare Services, Leisure & Consumer, Human Capital & Recruitment together with Business Services, Industrials & Manufacturing and TMT.
Prior to joining Azets, Creag spent four years with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he qualified as a chartered accountant and afterwards was a founding member of A&M’s due diligence practice in 2010, spending 10 years helping to build the Transaction Services team from 10 to 100+ across Europe.
Creag is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and earned a first-class honours degree in Business Economics and Finance from Loughborough University.
